Civil liberty group turns on PM over crime push

LONDON (Reuters) - The government proposed new powers on Wednesday to crack down on serious criminals and more data-sharing to combat fraud, drawing fire from civil liberties campaigners.

It called for new "serious crime prevention orders" to curb the activities of "Mr Bigs" who directed serious crimes but were difficult to prosecute because they did not personally carry them out...
