The BBC and other news outlets reporting the collapse of WTC 7 in advance was not the first time in history that the media had pre-empted major events by reporting them before they happened. Did a newspaper in New Zealand report intricate details about Lee Harvey Oswald's connection to the JFK assassination before such knowledge was publicly available?

The BBC's Conspiracy Files documentary hit piece and their flustered attempts to adopt damage control over questions about why their correspondent reported the collapse of Building 7 before it happened, have only provoked a firestorm of new interest in 9/11 truth and exalted questions surrounding WTC 7 to the point where it is now the Achilles' heel of the official conspiracy theory.
CHILDREN aged 11 to 16 are to have their fingerprints taken and stored on a secret database, internal Whitehall documents reveal.
The leaked Home Office plans show that the mass fingerprinting will start in 2010, with a batch of 295,000 youngsters who apply for passports.
The Home Office expects 545,000 children aged 11 and over to have their prints taken in 2011, with the figure settling at an annual 495,000 from 2014. Their fingerprints will be held on a database also used by the Immigration and Nationality Directorate to store the fingerprints of hundreds of thousands of asylum seekers.
The plans are outlined in a series of "restricted" documents circulating among officials in the Identity and Passport Service. They form part of the programme for the introduction of new biometric passports and ID cards.
The injunction was obtained on Friday night at a hearing which lasted about two hours at the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
Lord Goldsmith's office said he had acted "completely independently of government" on the matter.
The BBC said its reporting of the story was a matter of public interest.

Harrods boss Mohamed Al Fayed won a ruling overturning deputy royal coroner Baroness Butler-Sloss's decision that she would sit alone. Three senior judges said the inquests should be heard by a jury, a decision Mr Al Fayed said was a "good victory". The princess and Dodi died in 1997 in a road crash in Paris. Their inquests are scheduled to start in May.

If there was any remaining doubt that the BBC reported the collapse of Building 7 over 20 minutes before it fell then it has now evaporated with the discovery of footage from the BBC's News 24 channel that shows the time stamp at 21:54 (4:54PM EST) when news of the Salomon Brothers Building is first broadcast, a full 26 minutes in advance of its collapse.
